Security
Although we follow standard practices to protect the data we collect and maintain, including the use of Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt data transmitted over the internet, the security of information and payments transmitted over the internet cannot be completely guaranteed. Any losses incurred by users transmitting information over e-mail or any other method on the internet will be borne by the user or their card company. Lucetia LLC accepts no liability for such an occurrence.
Authorization
If you discover that items have been ordered with your credit or debit card without your authorization, Lucetia LLC will refund to you the money it receives, provided that you inform both your credit/debit card company and Lucetia LLC of the unauthorized purchase as soon as you discover it.
Copyright
Permission is granted to make an electronic or hard copy of portions of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Lucetia LLC, or as a shopping resource. Any other use of the content on this website, including any reproduction, republication, distribution, or changes, is strictly prohibited.
Products
Once payment has been received for an item, Lucetia LLC will confirm via email that the order has been processed. Lucetia LLC must receive the payment for an item before it can be mailed to the customer.
Prices
Lucetia LLC reserves the right to revise its prices without notice at any time, and makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy of said prices. We will make a reasonable effort to inform customers of any price changes, and give customers the option to cancel an order before any charges are made. Orders are subject to availability and Lucetia LLC reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for any reason.
Returns
If you have purchased an item online and would like to return it, please notify Lucetia of the return via the email on our contact page, and then return the item with its receipt to the returns address below. If the item is received by Lucetia unopened and in the same condition in which it was sent, we will refund the purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, we will refund your credit or debit card to match the amount for the item on the receipt, including the postage.
Availability of Goods
If Lucetia LLC has insufficient inventory to deliver any item(s) you have purchased, we will notify you via the email address provided in your order form, and your account will be re-credited the amount that was debited for the purchase.
Delivery of Goods
You may be required to pay extra for expedited delivery or for delivery to certain locations. It may not be possible for us to deliver to certain locations. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and Lucetia LLC will not be liable for their loss or damage.
Liability
If you do not receive the items you ordered within 30 days of their mailing, Lucetia LLC shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within 40 days of the date of your order. If Lucetia LLC delivers items that you did not order, or items that are damaged, defective, or in the wrong quantity, Lucetia LLC shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 14 working days of the delivery of goods in question. If you notify us of a problem under one of these conditions, the obligation of Lucetia LLC will be limited to, at its option, one of the following: to make good any shortage on your order, to replace the damaged or defective goods, or to refund the amount paid for the goods in question. Lucetia LLC will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to Lucetia under these conditions, and Lucetia LLC shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated in the paragraph above.
Force Majeure
Lucetia shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered, for any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered, when caused by an event or a circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Governing Law
Lucetia LLC is based in the U.S, and U.S. courts shall have jurisdiction for any dispute resolution.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the current Lucetia website prices, delivery information and contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by Lucetia LLC.
These terms and conditions cannot be changed except in writing and signed by a director of Lucetia LLC. Nothing said on behalf of Lucetia LLC should be understood as a change of these terms and conditions or as an authorized representation about the goods offered for sale by Lucetia LLC. Lucetia LLC shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
Interpretation
In these terms and conditions:
- “Lucetia” means Lucetia LLC, any successor to its business, or any related organization that actually supplies the goods ordered by you;
- “working day” means every day of a calendar year, except for weekends and public holidays;
- “you” and “your” means the person ordering goods under these terms and conditions.
