Returns

If you have purchased an item online and would like to return it, please notify Lucetia of the return via email, and then return the item with its receipt to the returns address below.

If the item is received by Lucetia unopened and in the same condition in which it was sent, we will refund the purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, we will refund your credit or debit card to match the amount for the item on the receipt, including the postage.
